Who can buy a ticket?

To buy a ticket you must be over 18 and permanently reside within the UK. The winner of the ticket will be asked to provide proof of address prior to being given their prize to ensure they are a perment resident within the UK; failure to do so will result in the prize being re-drawn. No refunds will be given to those who have purchased tickets from outside of the UK.

Any persons directly linked to working within Eikon HQ are unable to purchase tickets for this event.

How much are tickets?

Each ticket costs £10 to purchase. All money raised from this raffle goes directly to The Eikon Charity to support the vulnerable young people with whom we work.  There are no bulk purchase discounts available.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the charitable nature of this raffle, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold on to other individuals.

Where and When is the draw?

The raffle is being drawn on 4th December 2014 at Eikon Headquaters, Selsdon Road, New Haw, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 3HP. The draw will take place at 6:00pm.

What happens if I can’t make the live draw?

You will be contacted after the event to be informed of your winning; please ensure you provide adequate contact details when purchasing your ticket so we can contact you in the event you have the winning ticket!


Terms & Conditions

– Must be over 18

– Must reside within the UK Permanently

– The holiday is available to book throughout 2015 excluding Easter (23 March to 24 April 2015, October half term (15 October to 05 November) and Christmas (19 December to 08 January) and remains subject to availability at the time of booking.

The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking, can not be transferred and there is no cash alternative.

– This lottery is licensed under the Woking Borough Council. Licence number. 14/00003/LOTT



The prize does not include travel insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental costs.  It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas/vaccinations for their trip.  Eikon is responsible only for the adjudication of the raffle however all other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of the prize-donor.  Any arrangements, queries or questions relating to the prize should be directed to this person.

The Eikon Charity cannot take responsibly for any death, injury, loss or damage to persons or property, howsoever arising, in connection with acceptance of the prize.
