We are now recruiting for an Executive Assistant (EA) – a newly created position which will report directly to our CEO.
Based at our HQ at the Fullbrook School, the EA’s main duties will comprise providing general administrative support to our CEO. The EA will also communicate regularly with senior leaders from both the business and public sectors and will be required to attend meetings and take notes on a frequent basis.
The successful candidate will need to have a sound managerial and operational skills set. Applicants are expected to have considerable problem solving and decision making skills and must be self motivated and able to work on projects alone. A solid business acumen is also key, as this person will need to be able to anticipate the needs of the CEO and Senior Leadership Team and ensure that the ethos and operating philosophy of Eikon are adhered to at all times.
Excellent communication skills are a must, in both verbal and written form.
