The Eikon Charity – a vital lifeline for children in crisis
Registered Charity No. 1109190
Help ensure that every child in Surrey who is depressed, anxious, self-harming or suicidal has access to specialist help without delay, free of charge.
1 in 8 children have a diagnosable mental health disorder. Less than 1 in 3 of those children get access to NHS care. They can wait weeks just to be assessed. In that time their condition can get worse. Together we can change that. Support us today so we can be there for them early on, before a concern can become a crisis or tragedy.
As a leading charity for children’s wellbeing and mental health, Eikon works with children and young people directly in schools and communities across Surrey and beyond, one-to-one, in groups and clubs to improve their physical, emotional and psychological health.
We work closely with NHS children’s mental health services, schools, communities and local authorities, because we believe that working together creates the best outcomes for young people. Will you help us to help children at risk of self-harm and suicide?
