Main purpose of Job
We are looking to appoint a new member of the team to provide administrative and marketing support to the Schools Team. The successful candidate will work in the Eikon office with the possibility of homeworking. You must be able to work well within a team, providing comprehensive administrative and marketing support using office technology and systems.
- To support the Schools Partnership Manager with the promotion and marketing of programmes to schools, across a variety of social media platforms, e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Event Bright etc.
- To assist frontline Schools staff with reporting impact of services, preparing handouts and filing resources
- Organise clinical supervision, for the Schools Team and keep accurate records
- Work closely with web designer to add content to the Schools Team website and use social media to promote Eikon’s services
- Maintain and process Smart Moves orders, distribution, maintenance of stock, and printing of booklets. Ensure quality control and proof reading of resources, re-ordering when needed, liaison with team and printers on any relevant changes or updates
- Maintain records of Schools programmes, orders and downloads on Donorfy management system
- Use cloud based online systems to capture and process order information
- To support the follow up of delivery of Smart Schools, Head Smart and Smart Moves programmes in schools and liaise with schools about their service needs
- To provide administrative support with events, residentials and groups delivered by Schools Team
- To assist with production and distribution of Wellbeing newsletters for schools
- General administration work including filing, archiving, shredding, retrieving information and documents
- Work within Eikon’s equal opportunities, health & safety, and safeguarding policies at all times
- Understand and act when safeguarding issues need to be escalated
- Work as part of a team and attend team meetings, training events and participate fully in 1:1, peer and group supervision
- Work co-operatively and under the management of The Eikon Charity staff to ensure the highest quality of delivery and support
- Work within Eikon’s internal policies, safeguarding and data protection regulations
- Be responsible for equipment/resources linked to service delivery
