High Hopes!

High Hopes! is a 6-8 week, fully funded, early support programme designed to help children, young people and families build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.

Eikon works in partnership with Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) to provide a programme that combines outdoor challenge activities with one-to-one support from an Eikon Practitioner and a parent/carer workshop. Together, these elements help young people develop practical skills for managing worries, improving emotional wellbeing, building confidence and resilience, and recognising their strengths in a safe and supportive environment.

High Hopes! is suitable for young people who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, social isolation, friendship or social skills difficulties, family relationship challenges, or low confidence and self-esteem.

Through tailored support, participants are empowered to develop positive coping strategies, strengthen relationships and overcome everyday challenges.
