Charity Golf Day 2025
Details for the day

Address: Clandon Regis Golf Club, Epsom Road, West Clandon, Guildford, GU4 7TT
Parking: There is ample parking at the golf club, and parking attendants will direct you upon arrival.
Golf format
AM-AM (Teams of four each play their own ball, and the team’s score for each hole is the sum of the two best individual scores on that hole)
Registration & breakfast
Registration opens at 7.30am. We will let you know your starting tee one week ahead of the day. Please ensure you leave enough time to register your team, grab some breakfast, and be at your tee in time for the shotgun start at 9am!
Bacon rolls and coffee will be available from 7.30am until 8.30am.
Don’t forget to leave time to buy your raffle tickets and have a go at our bottle tombola too!
Competitions
On your way around the course, there will be the chance to enter the following competitions.
- Nearest to the pin (included in your entrance fee)
- Longest drive (included in your entrance fee)
- Beat the Pro – For £15 you will receive a pack of quality golf balls to play with, and if you beat the pro you will be entered into a draw to win a fantastic goody bag too!
Prizes will be given at the end of the day, together with prizes for the overall winning team and the winning individual male and female.
Silent Auction
We have secured some amazing prizes in our silent auction, which goes live one week before.
Raffle and bottle tombola
We also have some fantastic prizes in our raffle and bottle tombola, generously donated by Eikon staff, trustees, volunteers, and the local community. All proceeds will help Eikon to raise vital funds for our work helping young people in Surrey to thrive.
REMEMBER to bring cash for the extra competitions and mulligans. Card readers will be available on the day if needed.
