We want Eikon to stand out through the impact we have on the young people we support and to be recognised as a leading expert in the field. We want to grow our services so that more young people have access to high quality support when and wherever they need it. We are committed to continuous improvement in all that we do.
Eikon is proactive. We aim to get involved before problems escalate. This is what differentiates Eikon from many other service providers that tend to be reactive and thus support a young person only after a crisis has occurred.
Eikon is relational not transactional. Our doors don’t close if young people fail to complete paperwork or miss an appointment. Eikon provides intensive, unconditional support for young people when they need it for as long as they need it.
Eikon attempts to tackle the root cause of the problem. Eikon offers various forms of support in areas such as parenting, conflict resolution, anger management and self-awareness, thus concentrating on the cause of the problem, not just the effects.
Eikon meets young people where they are. Eikon works in schools, local neighbourhoods and with families to make sure we are there when young people need us. No matter how a young person reaches out to Eikon, there’s no wrong doors. There are no strings attached to our services.
