If you are facing an emotional or mental health crisis, please contact Extended Hope. The service is available for young people over the age of 11, and operates between 5pm-11pm, 7 days a week. It can be accessed through the Emergency Duty Team on 01483 517898.
If you are feeling suicidal then you can also go to your A&E department and ask for the duty Psychiatrist.
