Our youngest iCan100 competitor and top fundraiser was Evie, aged 6, who set herself a challenge to cycle 100 miles in 8 weeks and raise £100 for Eikon. She started with a 6 mile ride on 19th June and by day two she had already smashed her fundraising target. She was thrilled to see donations still flooding in even after raising £1,000.
It gave her the boost she needed to complete her challenge. Her family and friends all took it in turns to accompany her on her rides, including her parents, grandparents and a few of her school friends too. She completed her challenge on 13th August with a balloon tied to her helmet!
Evie raised £1,190 in total. We are extremely proud of her and so grateful to everyone who showed their support by donating to her JustGiving page.
