Take a look at our highlights from 2022/23…
As an organisation, Eikon has made fantastic progress in recent years, and we’ve grown and developed significantly. This year we have, and will continue to, invest in being the ‘best in class’ for the quality of our services for young people, our impact, and safeguarding practice. Key strategic projects have hugely progressed this year including:
- completing the first stage of our strategic review of services,
- improving our outcome measurement and impact reporting,
- furthering our equality, diversity, and inclusion work,
- and developing our new brand and website.
We wouldn’t have been able to achieve all this, and continue providing critical support for young people, without the dedication and passion of all our staff and volunteers.
